As long as you both washed it down with a 12 pack of light beer, every thing should be OK!

light beer? uh oh!

Question - Are you all still very conscious of your port? Maybe it's b/c my gut sticks out that I am so conscious of it. Just wondered!

Thx

i dont really think about it much... the only worries i have right now is having the ability to be unfilled when i am more preggers... :(

Oh and PS - I still have bruises where the nurse couldn't find a vein for my IV and where I got one of my blood thinner shots! Yellowish-green goes so well with everything!

Fanny thats wonderful! You are SO in!!!!

And SnT don't forget to eat a whole cheesecake too, you'll have room, for sure.

I'm not that aware of my port at all. I carry most of my remaining fat in my stomach area (would love a tummy tuck) so its still pretty well buried under all of that.

Posting just to see if anyone wants to make bets on how many more pointless political threads are going to be started between now and next week to discuss the exact same things that are already be argued about in the numerous political threads that already exist?

my bet is at least 6 more threads will be created in this last wk & they will exist WAY after the election.:(

SNT - my port is VERY exposed, it use to be right next to the belly button - but is resting right under my sports bra. DH and i call her (yes her) trudy .. for protruding port. yes that exposed to have a name...LOL:laugh:

TY.

My jeans (8's) are falling off again. I am feeling much better to be able to get back in my 6's. I missed them. :( Funny how one size can make you feel so different. I hated it.

PJTP I will be glad when I can get into some pants that have a 1 in front of a number. I will be kissing the ground to be in those single digits that you ladies are talking about. I haven't seen those sizes since my college days. Back when I THOUGHT I was fat before. Ha! Who knew?

PJTP Don't get me wrong, I am not complaining about my little bit of weight loss, but why does it have to be from my boobs? They weren't all that big to begin with. Now they are shrinking? WTH?

I have no clue where to upload this, so I'll put it here. This is pre-op vs the morning of my 6 month appointment! In office I weight 232, that's 88 lbs down since my highest weight, 75 lbs since my surgery weight! I can't believe this jacket fit... I am smaller now than the last time I was this size which the surgeon found really amusing. He's happy with where I am in my weight loss and estimates I'll be around 200 lbs by my 1 year anniversary! My lowest weight as an adult is 195, so that's pretty damn exciting to think I'll be near that at a year. Everything from there will be unknown territory!!

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

That's brilliant! You've done amazing!! I should probably think about changing my profile picture at some point. Mine is the doll from Squid Games. Ironically the whole premise of the show is about dodging death. We've both done that...

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?
