I use bypass and sleeve optimized from Unjury. I like that no ingredients come from China. They taste good to me and I only need one per day. Priced very well too

I also use their chewable calcium citrate which tastes good as well.

I use vitafusion gummies. They taste delicious to me and the mini blood test I had done came back great. I never taste the Vitamins in them things.

Which one do you use of vitafusion? I'm doing Bariatric Advantage High ADEK and they are huge capsules. [emoji24][emoji24][emoji24]

I use the Calcium ones, the hair, Skin and Nails, the Vitamin C with Zinc and Vitamin D.

I was using the Power C ones, that's kind of like the one the Zinc and Vitamin D but it's only Vitamin C. Those all of the gummies I take. Other than Melatonin. I can give you Vitamins that come in smaller pills that you can swallow whole if you'd like. 🙂

I just take my Iron and Magnesium in those

Bariatric Advantage calcium citrate chews (with Vitamin D) are very good. Easy to chew and swallow. And tasty.

Bariatric Advantage Multivitamin mixed fruit chews are NOT GOOD. The serving size is two tablets. They are big and taste bad. I am stuck with them for the next 30 days though. Hoping I can just cut them with my pill cutter and swallow the pieces whole without chewing??? They almost made me gag.

Hands down BariMelts Multivitamin, Dissolvable Bariatric Vitamins in smooth fruit Flavor are the Very Best tasting. I’ve tried several others and they all made me gag. I look forward to my vitamins now instead of a punishment. Amazon has them for $20 for a month’s supply. I haven’t tasted the Calcium w/vitamin C by the same company, but I’ve heard good things.

Do I share these oddities with any one else?
Deficiency Vitamin A
Deficiency Vitamin D
Dietician/Nutritionist suggests I b start on Prenatal Vitamins for their Fe(Iron) content instead of the true Baiatric Vitamins.
Can I get some feedback💬 from all of you?

Hi everyone, I wrote back in May about having no strength. I still get totally exhausted just walking from room to room, it’s so bad I’m using a walker with wheels of all things. I had the gastric sleeve Jan. 24th. I’m doing exactly what the programs says, except protein shakes. I have different meats and protein bars daily, including vitamins daily. I do drink my fluids as well.  I go in for IV hydration 4 days a week and feel ok just til evening.  So far as of Jan 1st I’ve dropped 76 lbs. I just want to enjoy the weight lose. Any suggestions or has anyone else gone thru this??  Doctor says just increase calorie intake, still the same.

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.
