Frito Lay and others make something called Puffcorn, absolutely no hulls. But those are empty snack calories, give your brand spanking sleeve or pouch something lower calories and healthy instead. Besides the oils etc alway gave me bouncing bad indigestion.

At the very least popcorn is a decent source of Fiber while puffcorn has none.

That said, it seems way early for popcorn. It’s not the easiest to digest on a healing stomach and doesn’t provide much that we need nutritionally.

I didn’t try till I was six months out and I opted for a small amount of regular popcorn.

I wouldn’t. Seems like a tough risk for a craving . See if you can find an alternative

I ate small handfills 2 weeks after surgery. It was husk free, and I made sure to chew it very well. No cravings for it now. After 3-4 weeks liquid diet, the craving for *anything* non-liquid is immense.

Maybe that is another.benefit of surgery, after just a little bit,the craving is gone and you can move on. Dang that rhymes and,ididn't even realize it. Maybe my,life is one Big Poem, better that than a Big Disappointment 😛👍
