Celebrate chewables made me nauseated to the nth degree, I had to crush and put in Peanut Butter just to comply.

I now take Centrum 50+ for women 2x/day, B1, D3, B12, and Rainbow light calcium citrate 3x/day, Triple Calm magnesium (leg cramp miracle). Biotin, folic acid - for hair regrowth. Annoyingly too many pills lol

I just purchased vitamin patches for your skin from PatchMD here on BariatricPal. I am not looking forwarding to constantly taking pills or chews. I bought a Multivitamin, B12, and Calcium. I will report back on how easy they are to use, if they're annoying, etc. I'm going to give it a month's worth and see what happens.

I would look for "compare to..." brands
Also buy from somewhere with an easy return policy...
I like Sam's club member Mark multi Vitamin gummies. Tastes like candy and 320 for $10! (comparable to vitafusion)

My bariatric surgery program teaches that solid, chewable, or liquid vitamins are all fine, but that patients should not use Vitamin gummies. I don't know the reasoning, but that was mentioned in the online recorded class I attended yesterday.

Good gosh! So sorry to hear that! I'm ok as long as I have them after a meal. Can't do on an empty tummy. It's so wild how different we all are! ((hugs))

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
