3 weeks out , scale not moving

I’m 3 weeks post op and the scale has not moved in 10 days. I am eating 600-800 calories a day and I’m trying to walk 3.5 Miles 3x a week.

I’m drinking a protein shake every morning which is 30 gram of protein and eating three small meals a day. Is there something I’m doing wrong ? Should I excercise more ?

My water intake is about 48 oz

im afraid I’m not going to lose weight , what can I do to get the scale moving more?

Remember this journey is a marathon -- not a sprint.

'The Dreaded 3 Week Stall'...yep happens to nearly everyone. Your body just had major surgery, has inflammation and healing to do, and adjustments to low calorie consumption, etc. Be patient.
