wow, those are some big numbers, since july I've been losing approx 2lbs a month. Not quite what I was expecting if you know what I mean. Now do you do Atkins, or just try to eat less than 35 grams per day...

"modified Atkins"

the only time i do veggies is in the evening IF i can get them in... lately it's been very difficult to get them in.

ideally, i try to stay under 20 grams TOTAL (i do not subtract for fiber), on my "high" days, no more than 10% of my cals should come from carbs.

i used My food Diary :: Online Calorie Counter w/ Diet Journal & Exercise Log to log all my food.< /p>

losing-if you come to boston, let me know!!!! Woohoo..what a great goal. I should do it with you. The thought of it horrifies me.

How do you like those caramel latte shakes? That sounds like a flavor I would like. Do they have much of an aftertaste?

whosya-it must be a pain in the ass to have all those Snacks around. That would make me bonkers on my "weak" days. The eggs looked good though.

I did week one/day 2. Feels good. I also got my bodybugg today so it was fun to record my calorie burn. I hope the combination of the two along with watching my intake will really kickstart my loss....

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.
