Coffee and Lapband

I just got back from the Doctor, I got my second fill. He took me from 1.5cc to 1.75cc.

While I was there I ask him about the coffee and erison. He said coffee

WILL NOT cause erison. I was happy to hear that! I have been drinking it all the time, even in the hospital.

I lost 4 pounds since I was there last (Dec.) and he was happy about that, he said anyone that can lose 4 pounds over the holidays is doing something right. So, all of you that lost weight over the holidays can be proud of yourself :):P

I can't imagine cappucinos are that fattening... you're probably only talking 1/4 to 1/2 cup regular milk, right? Because the steam fluffs it up. If you use zero-cal sweetener, that's a good way to get in protein. I've also read all sorts of health benefits from cinnamon, and that's a great way to spice up a cap. Damn, now I want one.

Lisa, I get mine at the 'Shop Rite' convience store. There is a flavor that makes my mouth Water - Swiss Mocha. You MUST try!

Ive been drinking 1 - 2 a day, and lost about 2 pounds this week... so something is going right!
