We are the same height and I was at the same start weight. My goal weight is also 145 and my surgery is coming up later this month. It is an amazing feeling when you can fit into a size 4 coming from a 24! Best satisfaction is when you bump into people that you haven't seen in a year or so, their reactions are priceless! I flaunt my Gastric Bypass!
