November 28, 20178 yr Author I guess the best advice would be to stick with the program and prepare for the mental aspect. I still struggle mentally sometimes, not that I give into my cravings, but for example I went to the Asian grocery store. which was one of my favorite places to load up on sweets and pastries. it was mentally depressing looking at all the foods I gave up to get healthier. I would have preferred to avoid this situation.
