Had a hard time finding a full body before picture, but the before photo is from Halloween 2016, date of surgery was August 21 2017 and pic from November is current.

      I'm about 9 months out and totally in love with my new body. Just had my gallbladder removed yesturday with a tune up...acorrding to my surgon he also tightened my bowels and balloned my esophagus.

    I guess the best advice would be to stick with the program and prepare for the mental aspect. I still struggle mentally sometimes, not that I give into my cravings, but for example I went to the Asian grocery store. which was one of my favorite places to load up on sweets and pastries. it was mentally depressing looking at all the foods I gave up to get healthier. I would have preferred to avoid this situation.
