Hello from Los Angeles!!

Hello all...I'm so glad to be part of this forum. I was banded this past Saturday, 10/13/07, and have ZERO regrets after doing so. My surgeon is Dr. Mark Paya from the Brand Surgical Insitute in Glendale, CA. The team there is absolutely wonderful! Seriously some of the kindest people I've ever met, and that's hard to come by where I'm from. As for my post-op experience, I'm in pain still, but am confident it will go away; each day is better than the last. I've lost 13 lbs so far and am so excited about the future!
