I'm on the other side!

Surgery was yesterday morning. Yesterday was absolutely miserable. Gas pains in chest and shoulder were no joke. My heart rate spiked up multiple times through the night but all seems ok now and they've taken me off the iv and monitors. Working on water now and protein soon. I hope to go home this afternoon if they take my drain out! Glad to be done!

It gets better, keep walking and sipping, I'm a week out and believe me a week makes a big difference. Congratulations.
