Eating too much is NOT cool

Just a couple bites too much too quick and its a full feeling that's paralyzing. Still getting a feel for how much I can eat and its not much.

Love my sleeve, down 21 pounds since Jan 4th. Surgery was Jan 13th. Just don't over eat

Horrible feeling isn't it. Try eating until you are satisfied rather than 'full'. Stick to weighing your food and increasing slowly. Don't eat for longer than 20 minutes. Congratulations on the surgery and weight loss !! :)

Am trying to control my self to eat till I feel satisfied not full too.. am 2 months po and I still didn't reach to this point yet and may be that's way I don't Lose weight

I've slowed way down, taking more time between bites but still get too full. Just 1 bite too many can do it and then it's bummer time man! I hurts and am frustrated with doing this over and over. I measure my food and take no more than 2-3 oz of food in my dish. What does "satisfied" feel like. I'm tired of being in pain!

I bought the 4oz Glad containers, I think you get 8 in a pack and that is my new dinnerware. I weigh my food and put it in the containers and dinner is ready!

Baby spoons, and put the spoon down between bites. It should take 20-30 minutes to eat 3oz, so you can imagine how slow that has to be!
