  1. I'm from the Fresno area, sleeved in December and doing great! Down 57 lbs. one of the best things I've done for myself.
  2. Hi, I'm 50 from California, sleeved in December, down 57 lbs. I feel great, looking pretty good, and having fun shopping for clothes ! I mess up sometimes and my tiny tummy lets me know. It IS so worth it, one of the best things I've done for myself.
  3. I take senakot 2 tabs daily. Works for me
  4. Looks like a lot of food. Looks delish!
  5. Take an IPad, phone, charger. I wore my own clothes as soon as I could get up. Much more comfortable than hospital gowns It is also easier to walk the hallways without being worried that you are exposing your butt.
  6. If I'm correct , freedom of speech is still our right.
  7. The bread and the wine/juice is a representation of the body and blood of Christ. Skipping it once won't change your salvation.
  8. He has covered me and kept me in the cleft of the mount time and time again. He is glorified !

  12. My true hunger has gone away. So when I want to snack I ask myself is my stomach hungry for food or is my head hungry.... it's a habit I'm trying to break
  13. I typically eat out of a coffee cup. Smaller containers will help you not overeat
  14. Shelly I know how you feel, I was afraid of complications as well. I'm a believer, I prayed prayed prayed and left it I Gods hands. The last words I said as the Dr was putting me to sleep was , "God protect me" I had no complications and was back to work in 5! Days. I went shopping at Costco on day 2! Praise Him!!
  15. Thanks. It took me a long time to make the decision to do but I'm glad I did. This was the right time for me.
  16. I was sleeved in December, I can't have pasta, bread , or rice for 6 months but truly have no craving for it. I try to stick to 3 meals a day , no snacks and I make the largest part of the meal protein. Weight loss have been slow and steady. I've lost 36 lbs. 65 to go.
