Yes! Almost every night. Some nights I give in and have something. [emoji20]

I have either pb on Coco multigrain pop cakes or a protein shake.

My true hunger has gone away. So when I want to snack I ask myself is my stomach hungry for food or is my head hungry.... it's a habit I'm trying to break

I was told not to have them. Too many carbs.

I always want to eat something before bed . Like I just wanna pick on everything ! Anyone else have this problem?

Yes I eat so much crap and found my self way out of budget.

Sent from my SM-G930T using the BariatricPal App

Yes every night it was a habit I had pre surgery I'd eat dinner than just eat till I went to bed so now I try not to but I do I'll have a sugar free popsicle /skinny popcorn 1 cup 43 calories a sugar free fudgesicle or half high Protein English muffin with PB2 Peanut Butter

I'm pretty sure my nighttime hunger is real hunger, not head hunger. I try to drink as much water before bed as possible but I generally just go to bed pretty hungry. But it's my new hunger, not my old hunger, so it doesn't have the same demands to be filled. Does that makes sense?

Try something hot. Tea, broth, SF hot cocoa.
