So I was sleeved 8/11/16 psw 199 sw 196 cw 156 so I wish my weight was lower but I know I started with a low BMW so the weight isn't gonna drop of as fast..... my eating habbits suck I stick to veggies and Protein but I get full before I get to my veggies I throw up just about every day I can't seem to drink more than 32oz of Water a day if that.... and to top off I can't get rid of this belly any input will help!!!!

Everyone is different or so I read here for the last 6 months. I was sleeved 8/15/16. Psw 211. Sw 201
Cw 159. ( I'm 5' 3")
We are about the same. I wish I could lose quicker too. But I am happy and feel good most of the time. I throw up occasionally. I eat too quickly drink before I eat etc. Some meats are harder to eat than others. Try to find easier meats. I still eat tuna salad or Scrambled eggs for dinner sometimes.

      Two months out from hiatal hernia repair.  Surgeon said to expect a lot more flatulence...something about the 'air' no longer being able to 'burp' out so comes out the other end.  That is my experience but have no understanding of why that swallowed air cannot be 'burped'. ???

        As I understand it since your stomach is smaller and not completely resting against your diaphragm anymore you no longer have the ability to "push" burps out as well. Plus, since its smaller and we don't digest slower the trapped air moves a lot quicker out of the stomach so its no longer available to burp out. Hence the other option for removal.

        Me too girl!! Are you in the full liquid diet right now? It’s sooooo hard!

        Not yet. I was told I only have to do 24 hours of a liquid diet. But I have my pre-op tomorrow so I’m going to confirm if I need to do longer.

      Down 33 lbs and slightly stalled, but I'm gonna reevaluate and push through. I started back to work last week after 2 years of being disabled due to mental health as well as my weight. It's a great job and I'm just so happy to have this opportunity at a second chance at life. Hope everyone is having their best journey ❤️ Together, we got this!
