Foam and indigestion
I still feel nauseous depending what I eat. And I still eat too fast and occasionally foam. Im a year and a half post op. Just take it slow. And see what doesn’t make you nauseous

Never not hungry.
I agree. I think about food often. It is hard. If I eat protein and stick to the program I feel full. If I eat sugar or carbs. I want more. Best of luck to you. Just think of what you went through. Plan your food for the day.

I had the leak test the next day. I stayed in the hospital the full 3 days two nights. All I wanted to do was sleep. I felt like the nurses were in every 10 minutes. I suppose that's a good thing. I took no pain pills after leaving the hospital. I had no gas pains. I did walk the halls because the nurses told me to do it as much as possible.

Serious about MEXICO but many questions and concerns
Where are you from ? The prices have come down in the USA. I had mine in Florida. $10,000. Included everything. I have heard some good and bad things about Mexico.

Buyers regret
I felt the same way for a long time. I ate too fast and had foam too. Just concentrate on water. Don't do vitamins till you can stomach them. I am a year out and wear size 8. I am happy. It takes time. I sometimes ate 3 crackers with a little tuna for my meals. Eat what works for you. Use this support group as many of us have gone through the same but there is light at the end of the tunnel.

I'm 10 months out today. I felt the same way. I ate too fast ( my two bites that I could eat ) I would foam and throw up it was horrible. It will get better. I wish I did this 10 years ago. You will too. Jen

Thanks Liz. I only said tomorrow because I think it was 3 am when I saw the post. As far as carbs. I know myself. I have to start very low because the more I eat the more I crave. I look forward to the new start- Cash for sleeve
Sorry just saw this. Dr shillingford in boca raton. $10,000- Back to basics and really doing it!
So glad I am looking at this tonight. Exactly what I need. I am 10 months out tomorrow and the last 3 months I've been bad. Drinking beer. Eating ice cream and candy. Not everyday. A good week then two bad weeks etc. I will get on the scale in the morning and start from there. I actual think it's only been a few pounds of gain. But I should still be losing. I started at 211. August 15. I was down to 152 two weeks ago. I will restart the plan tomorrow. I have to do low carb and drink the shakes. It's a slippery slope for me with crackers and sweets. I'd prefer to eat rice than meat. Then I'm full of non nutritional food and feel sick. Thanks to the original poster. Does anyone use my fitness pal? We could also keep track of each other there too? - Back to basics and really doing it!
