I had VSG on June 27, 2017. Down 78 lbs, at least 52 to go. You make it worth every missed bite! Mine has slowed down tremendously, but you motivate me to want to work out.

I'm going to do this. This is incredible.

I was off 2 weeks. Wish I would have taken 1 more, I was really tired all the time.

It will come back! It took me awhile to get mine back. Probably 6 to 8 weeks.... I'm 8 months out now and feel great, unless I forget to eat.

Down 52 lbs. Surgery June 27th.

I'm good. Down 28 lbs, but in a stall. Having issues drinking water, but no issues with sugar free popsicles. How are y'all?
