Hello, friends! 8 months PO!

Haven't been on this app since a few weeks after my surgery (4/19/16)! I am officially 100 lbs lighter and off all meds... Forever thankful I had the courage to take care of myself! Take care and let's make 2017 ours! To better health!post-255392-14839547803732_thumb.jpg

    Wow, you look amazing. But more importantly you must feel great! And being off all your meds is incredible. You've done great, keep it up! I was sleeved on the 4th, haven't even lost an ounce yet and a little discouraged. You're an inspiration because that's where I want to be...off all my meds! Along with a great loss, my health & tha big smile you have on your face. You're beautiful, best of luck continuing your journey!
