I am done with my monthly weigh in appts but I am,usually on lasix for water weight retention. Haven't had any in awhile because I need to refill my prescription. So hoping this rain doesn't interf3r with anything. So went to the doctor and gained weight due to depo and being off my lasix for 2 months. He wants me 3 pounds under my start weight before surgery scheduling which leaves me 10 days to lose 8 pounds. Started my low carb high fat and Protein diet today and back on my lasix.......anyone have any other suggestions for losing quickly to move on to surgery????? My last weight in today so not sure yet. I had opted for the depo shot the last 2 months cause my surgeon recommended birth control before hand as a precautionary step. Also to stop taking my oasis and I know the pounds have racked on. But my insurance company already approved the surgery. Just feels like a situation that can't be helped.
