Hello again sorry been mia I did have my surgery first couple days were a little though but as of today I'm starting to feel a lot more like myself or even better and getting rid of some of this gas packed in my tummy. I'm going to try to stick to updating my process on here to maybe help someone else. I'm so exited to be starting this journey and knowing I do have some supportive ppl. still debating starting a YouTube channel for everyone to actually see results so if I do and anyone is interested In peeking in I will be posting info over the weekend. Wow... thanks to everyone in here who can be an adult and hold a real conversation without trying to disrespect or judge the next person. There's better ways to get your point across. But anywho for the ones that care I told my doc of my "cheats" or whatever the should be called and he was ok with that n not upset about me taking the laxative that one time for that reason. Yep I went through exact same thing yestarday went to surgery 1:30 didn't remember anything untill around 5 when I came too. Gas is terrible getting a little better now but trey said the don't need swallow text. I also expected experienced throwing up "old blood" Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

Ella I think you did a great job even though u went off plan you choice a healthy option. My surgeon didn't even really ask if I stuck to plan he was just happy for me. HalFAB-ulous I'm not as concerned because I was told that hunger pain would be gone. I have changed my diet I don't just put unnecessary calories, carbs, and sugars in my body anymore. Most ppl post things on here because they want to talk about it funky munky and idk what ur talking about ripping my stomach open I just got my surgery Today btw no issues. Furthermore to each individual who had something negative to post I will not entertain u we are not clones and I do believe we are all made differently. And we all post on here to make ourselves or other feel better and possibly relate. TBH I didn't recall asking how you felt if y'all were so perfect at following the plan from the beginning wouldn't any one of us be on here.
