I am one week into my pre-op diet

Surgery date is Jan 4. It was tough being around all the snacks over the holidays but stuck to it and am down 12 lbs! It has gotten easier now, I feel less bloated and I feel proud of myself for me, when it comes to food and eating, that's a first... Usually my eating habits make me feel like I'm failing a diet

Good luck! Excited for our January surgeries!

Dayna, my surgery is Jan 4 too! I am 3 days down and the worst part for me was the caffeine headache. Mainly day 2, today was better. Dr Doucette is doing my surgery in Huntsville, Alabama.
