Update: Saw my new doc this week and I have to do the 3 mo SWL again.... and get proof of my BMI for 2 years. Here's my problem, 2014 I have proof, 2016 I have proof, 2015 the highest I can find a record of is 34, only because I began another diet! Has anyone else had this situation?
