Birmingham, AL

Anyone from the Birmingham, AL area? I don't live in B'ham, but I work in this city and visit often. Anyone live in Alabaster, Pelham, Helena, Montevallo, Hoover, etc?

I'm having a hard time finding a work-out buddy. I'm not a member of the gym yet, but it would be nice to at least have a walking buddy, and even better, a walking group!

I think it would be cool to have meet-ups to motivate each other. :)

    I haven't. I'm having it with Dr Miles on 11/22. Got my date yesterday!

    Hey there stranger! I'm too far away for a regular workout buddy, but it would be cool to meet up for an activity when I visit BHam for the StV support group meetings. I have mostly spent my time in their Facebook group, so I've not been in here much. Hope all is going well for you! Dr.Miles is awesome, and so is the StV support group. I am so happy with the people I've surrounded myself with on this journey!
