Boobs! [emoji523]

Recommended Posts

I've noticed mine are "deflating" i've lost 67 pounds - i'm only 4 days po but I lost 60 before surgery.

Its really bothered me about loosing my boobs because when I sit down, I feel like i'm sitting on bones.. i'm loosing my butt too. Uggh!!! So I started this machine at the gym that makes your butt lift but I cant remember the name.

I plan to get implants in a few years

I seem to be developing the dreaded "plumbers crack". I have never had that problem before in my life. Is this a complication due to surgery? :o

I do not have any man boobage problems to report yet.

This is very similar to the 36 longs that were mentioned earlier. Your cheeks have fallen creating more defined butt cleavage. As much as I'm sure that you can agree, we NEED to get the girls talking about boobies again!

If you want to keep them happy and bubbly...lol...there's some excellent exercises you can do. Easy too!

Everyone is different, I haven't lost yet but, I have in the past while dieting. Look up exercises on keeping breast firm.

Good luck and best of wishes!

Hey if massage helps, I'll volunteer, and I'm sure I can find some friends on the board to join in. ;-)

Man I feel this on a spiritual level I'm a 42 DDD. I feel like all my weight lives in my boobs and my tummy. I have a deep seeded emotional attachment to these things. I already have it in my head I'm getting a boob job once I hit my goal. I asked my nurse (who is also a gastric sleeve patient) and she told me the odds are I'm gonna lose the boobs. I don't want rocks in socks fluttering around in the wind. As notes above there are things you can do to try and perk them up as far as fitness goes but I think the best thing you can do is just accept the tit for tat (hahaha got myself with that pun) mentality in doing this. It'll be worth it.

I do lose some but proportionally it's hard to tell. When I have lost in the past I generally go from a 38J to a 34G.

My problem is that with breastfeeding and 4 100 pound loses in my past they are pathetically droopy. :(

My boobs stay a C cup and thanks to good genetics are firm but I am in my 60's so could be in for a scary surprise!

My band size is down from 46 (four hooks) to 42 (three hooks)... alas most of my weight is on my hips and thighs...

My boobs are always the last to go...now my butt...that's another story.

I was a 40 DDD/E before surgery. I'm now down almost 50 pounds heading into 4 months post op. Now a DDD/E is too large (thank God) but a DD is not quite large enough no matter what band size they give me. If they made a DD and a half, it would be perfect. Everyone at my doctor's office says I'm lucky because mine are more solid tissue than fat. After hauling these things around all these years, I don't feel so lucky, especially in my neck and back. I do see changes to the skin for sure.

If I stay above a C, I'm getting a reduction and lift. If I hit a C, I'll still get a lift. I carry my weight all over and am a classic hourglass, so we'll see what looks proportionate when I hit maintenance.

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.
Just for fun last week, I ran two 5Ks in two days, something I would have never done in the past! Next goal is a 10K before the end of this month.

Hi everyone, I wrote back in May about having no strength. I still get totally exhausted just walking from room to room, it’s so bad I’m using a walker with wheels of all things. I had the gastric sleeve Jan. 24th. I’m doing exactly what the programs says, except protein shakes. I have different meats and protein bars daily, including vitamins daily. I do drink my fluids as well.  I go in for IV hydration 4 days a week and feel ok just til evening.  So far as of Jan 1st I’ve dropped 76 lbs. I just want to enjoy the weight lose. Any suggestions or has anyone else gone thru this??  Doctor says just increase calorie intake, still the same.

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️
