I need help resetting!

I need some help! My story goes...lost 59% of excess weight...255 down to 170...at 6 month post op checkup. A month later surprise I'm pregnant!! Only gained 16 lbs and had a wonderfully healthy sweet baby boy (child #3!) . I am now 18 months post op and weigh 167. I picked up bad eating habits due to nausea. I am now trying to get back on track to lose my last 27 lbs and need a jump start. Any suggestions or support you can provide would be most appreciated!!!! Thanks !!

Hi there! Thanks for sharing your story. Congratulations on the weight loss and new baby. Try going back to the basics. Protein, low carb, low sugar, no bread, 64 oz of Water a day, and exercise @ least 3 hours a week.

      6 Weeks Post Op!

      My world is drastically different! I now walk 3 to 4 miles a day and I’m constantly getting up to move my body! .

      I close my Apple Watch rings daily and about 4 to 6 days a week I double or triple them!

      I have been released to have all foods. When I reintroduce some I need to start at 1 ounce to see how “Tiny Tummy” likes it!

      I am not reintroducing sugars, coffee or junk! I did not pay close to $13,000 to fail! .

      I went to get follow up bloodwork done this week and my numbers are all in the perfect range! .

      This is my new world and I am happy it!

        There is nothing wrong with burgers and wings...it's only the amount that is the issue. Why not have a burger but take away the bun? You dont need to eat the entire burger. My favorite is using the sous vide to cook them and then giving them a little color in the frying pan. It's all protein anyhow.

        As for the wings, why not try making wings at home? By making your own sauce you can cut down on the empty calories.

        By giving up foods, you can also cause issues, mental ones. The idea is to not eat all of it, but to enjoy a little portion. That's why we have the stomach changes to begin with. But in all takes things slowly and see what your stomach allows.
