just had my 10day post op visit !

  • Popular Post

So in the beginning i was doubting and regretting that i had the sleeve surgery ! i hated life and i just wanted the pain and agony to go away. today was my 10 day post op visit, i had my surgery on 10/27 ( over 10 days by a little) and i can say now that i'm happy that i made the choice in life to better myself ! not only for myself, but for my child's sake. i don't want him to go through life without a parent because i chose food over him. my father passed away when i was 11 to a massive heartache due to be extremely over weight. so i know the struggles.

i left the office today with such a smile on my face ! i did something that my family thought i would fail at ! i lost a total of 40 pounds !

start weight. 467

surgery day weight 455

weight today 425!!!!

my goal is in my horizon now. i'm ready for what my future brings !
