I am looking for some sheer pantyhose or tights with some compression on the legs to hold my thighs a little tighter.

Any brand suggestions that you have used since surgery and you have loose skin on your legs?

Cost not an issue if they work.

Ok I don't have skin issue but have needed hose for compression/circulation. I have found the Spanx high waisted sheers to be fabulous for compression from waist to toe. They definitely feeel more all over compression that their other sheers.

I am looking for something that is sheer to the waist though. I am looking to wear something short and I need that inner thigh control near the top.
