No weight loss in 3 days

I checked my weight a few days ago and had lost 4 pounds and I checked it recently after that I had lost ntn rather gained almost a pound... I'm 10 days post op.. I'm really worried.. has anyone else experienced this?

You're going to have lots of days where this happens, fluctuations are completely normal!

I was sleeved 9/19 and am mentally preparing for the dreaded three week stall by stepping off my scale and moving to weekly instead of daily weigh-ins.

At 10 days out your most important tasks are to hit your Fluid intake and Protein goals, walk walk walk and rest. Everything else will fall into place!

Its not a magic wand, you still have to stick to the plan, otherwise it wint work.

Its ok to be nervous about it, but you will lose if you get Water and Protein as per your plan ☺

It will work...just follow the instructions. Stalls are normal. I've had 3 and I'm on wk 9. But you start loosing again. Don't stress...

Get out of the diet mindset. You now have a new lifestyle. One that you get to build with the help of your sleeve. Just do your part and the sleeve will do it's.

My surgery was the 26th and I have been the same weight for the last two days. I think sometimes our bodies just need to catch up.

My vsg was on the 28th..... Still afraid to get on scale.... Going to doctors on Tuesday so keeping my fingers crossed!!!
