Reset pouch day three

Today I feel depressed and down with this weight and I feel so tired and light headed.

I have had allergies for past three weeks and it won't go away. I feel I should just have just liquid I should one meal with greens and Protein. I got my blood work in mail yesterday and I'm severely anemic. Gets worse my Vitamin d level is very low and may what ever it is I have allergies or cold it won't go away.

I'm staying strong and continue to have more liquids and one meal a day . I luv to eat so it's just so hard.

You are of course taking vitamins designed for bariatric patients? Iron, too?

Hang in there!! Even if you have to do all liiquids ( of course talk to your Dr first) But I would think that getting your protien and fluids in while you are not feeling well would help in both areas. I know it is hard but just try to KEEP YOUR EYES ON THE PRIZE!!

Hope you feel lots better soon!
