I am with ya! My Dr told me this is the body's response to stress, that it is hormonal, and it will subside. When it is over I will start seeing baby hair regrown around the hairline. So....I am now being super careful brushing my hair and trying not to freak out over what comes out in the hairbrush.......

My NUT instructed us not to chew gum because if you accidentally swallow it, you could have BIG trouble! Gum is not digestible and can cause serious problems with gastric surgery patients. Is your NUT ok with gum?

My surgeon put me on Actigal for 6 most post-op to avoid gallstones. I had an ultrasound of my GB prior to surgery just to be sure I didn't already have a problem brewing. This is standard procedure. Sent from my SM-S920L using the BariatricPal App

You should also be aware that RNY is totally reversible if it should ever be necessary. Sleeves are not. When 80% of your stomach is gone, it's gone.

I need to do that too. I bought some Orange Crush water additive to make drinking water taste better. Got it on Amazon and it really tastes like orange crush but no carbination. No calories! Little squirt bottles you can keep in your purse!
