Hello Everyone!

I'm almost 5 months post op and the hair loss is REAL! Anyone have any tricks to slowing it down or something they did that helped?!

I'm about to start taking a prenatal Vitamin to see if that helps any!!! I can't take it anymore! I don't know what else to do!

I'm with you here, I'm down 152 lbs since sept 2016. The hair loss is so bad I hate washing my hair because it's just massive amount of hair loss every time. I'm taking biotin now, every other day, I have been using a biotin and protein shampoo and condition. Not sure how long it will take to work.

Also upped my protein to 80-100 grams a day instead of 60-80.

I am with ya! My Dr told me this is the body's response to stress, that it is hormonal, and it will subside. When it is over I will start seeing baby hair regrown around the hairline. So....I am now being super careful brushing my hair and trying not to freak out over what comes out in the hairbrush.......
