  1. You're okay. It is normal to stall at 2-3 weeks post op. I went up a pound. Just keep doing your program. You are doing amazing! The weight is coming off. I thought the hunger would disappear but it didn't. I eat when I'm hungry but only a few bites and I am satisfied. I eat a little less at my next meal and journal my intake to keep on track. You are doing really well. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G935A using BariatricPal mobile app
  2. Eqyss Megatek horse shampoo is a great product. It is made by Ovation Cell Therapy. It is safe for humans. Amazon sells it. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G935A using BariatricPal mobile app
  3. Congratulations! You look amazing. Great work! Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G935A using BariatricPal mobile app
  4. You look so great! You deserve to show off. Thanks for sharing.
  5. Hi. I'm 51 and had gastric sleeve surgery on 02/09/2017. It is a wonderful tool and I have no regrets.
  6. I was sleeved 2/09/2017. I am down 28lbs. I feel really good and tire quickly. My clothes are really loose now. I am going to the gym and walking more.
  7. My nut told me that it normal to stall in weeks and three. Your body is working out how to deal with less food so your metabolism slows. Keep drinking and getting protein and the stall will break. Great job so far!
  8. Baked ricotta is good. Refried beans, mashed potatoes, pureed chicken salad and eggs.
  9. I hope you feel better soon. I can't eat today either. I keep trying though.
  10. I have been there. Love heading your way. God bless the family caretakers because no one understands how special you are.
  11. Ovation Cell Therapy products help. It is expensive, however OCT has a line of products for horse's manes and tails called Megatek. It is safe for humans. Amazon sells it.
  12. Yesterday both my legs fell asleep. Weird.
  13. I switched to decaf pre-op and got used to it. I mix a little in my chocolate protein shakes for a mocha taste.
  14. I am right there with you. Stay strong!
  15. Wow! Congratulations on getting your date. It took me a year to get through Kaisers program before I got my date (2/9/16). I hope the dam holds.
  16. I am 5 days post op. I was told I could take my allergy meds as long as they were no larger than the size of a plain M&M.
  17. My bag stayed in my car. I didn't need much while in the hospital. I wish I had some ear buds to listen to my book or music from my phone.
  18. I was heading to urgent care today if I still hurt. Yay I can skip that!
  19. Sleeping in the hospital is difficult. The staff woke me hourly to give me meds, take vitals, and check on me. The hospital staff was all wonderful and professional, but I didn't get much sleep.
