  1. I sipped and sipped water yesterday just trying to get down as much as possible. I got up to 40 ounces of just water. I have a slight headache this morning but the kidney pain is gone. I think I am on the right track now. I hope you are well.
  2. I am doing okay. I wasn't drinking enough water though. All protein and no water is really bad. My Bariatric Nurse was nice when she was lecturing me on why my kidneys hurt. Hopefully I will feel a little better tomorrow.
