My NUT recommends Nature Valley Protein bars. If you look at the macros, the calories and carbs are much lower than most of the more commercial bars. . . . and they cost a lot less. Even less expens
I'm having a hard time getting my Protein in simply because I'm never that hungry and when I am I'm never around any high protein foods. I was told my my surgeon I'm cleared to eat what I want as long as it's low in carbs and fat also no junk which duh I knew that so my main thing here is I have such a big issue drinking protein because I find so disgusting and was wondering what a good balanced Protein Bar is ? Something with more protein than calories
