LOL You are too funny! But yes, I am kicking some ass, all right! MY OWN! I need to if I'm going to get serious about breaking this plateau (which I have, but I want to make sure I keep the momentum). My family is completely freaked out that I am doing all this. In fact, I'm absolutely ADDICTED to the gym. When there is a day that I can't go for whatever reason, I am NOT HAPPY. I feel so good after I work out.

OMG! I can't believe I forgot to share this!

I DID *240* CRUNCHES TODAY! WOO-HOO!

The gym has a roman chair (I just learned that term today LOL) and it allows you to do crunches without killing your neck and lower back on the floor and you can do them from the front, back and each side. I did three sets of twenty in each of the four ways. SO PROUD OF MYSELF!

thank Goodness For My Ipod. I Don't Think I Could Have Stayed On That Treadmill For 90 Minutes Today W/out It.

I know what you mean. I could not survive my workouts without mine. It's my workout "Calgon"...it "takes me away"! Before I know it, my cardio is over with.

I'm trying to stay away from the gym today. Very hard. I want to go BAD, but I know I need to give my muscles a day off to rebuild because I am sore. (Especially my abs and thighs.) Maybe I'll just use my resistance bands and dumbells at home today for my arms. They aren't too sore.

We'll see how the day progresses!

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
