Curves gym

Recommended Posts

Have any ladies gone to Curves post op?? I know its a lil old lady gym, but I always enjoyed the simplicity of knowing you were going to be working out the right muscles and not being lost in a gym full of foreign equipment. Not to mention the 90 year old planking next to you is major motivation.

Im trying to decide if I want to go back to Curves or if I want brave a regular gym(because their hours are longer).

It's never too late, until its too late

The best workout is the one you'll do. So if you'll go to Curves then go for it. I used to go to a Curves style gym. Eventually I outgrew the equipment, it simply wasn't challenging enough after awhile. Maybe sign up for six months and then reassess.

all of the ones closed by me. I like Snap fitness. They are little gyms that are 24 hours. You get a swipe card and can go whenever you want, and there's usually very few people there. You can get a free trial for a month (Or maybe it was a few dollars)

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
