I can do about a cup of denser food pretty easy...I am a little over 9 months out.
I've been getting worried at the amount of food I can eat now that I'm almost 6 months post op....for Supper last night I was able to eat half of a 7oz piece of salmon and roughly half of a baked sweet potato....at this point I wasn't stuffed...didn't really feel "full" either ....then for breakfast this morning we were meeting friends at Denny's and I had no problem eating 2 over easy eggs and 2 pieces of bacon....this just scares me!
