Hi, my name is Cindy and I am just starting to consider the sleeve surgery. What types of struggles have you encountered so far?

The liquid diet killed me, but it was part of the big change, can't speak for everyone but the urge for sweets and heavy meals went away after a couple months, ur body will let u know in a hurry what u need and don't. Breads was kind of a struggle but it goes away to with the right mind set. Good luck and if u have any other questions just shout
