How has your sex life changed since surgery/weightloss?

It's amazing the difference you get when you lose a big chunk of yourself.... I feel better about myself and have more energy and stamina. My wife and I have always had a healthy intimate life - so good in fact that I didn't think it could get better - I WAS WRONG!!!! Definitely one of the top NSVs of WLS!.

I never had a problem before. I wasn't ashamed of my body and for a huge person I was always really flexible. I have always been able to do the splits even at my highest weight.

I'm more self concious about my thighs and wrinkly belly than I was about my huge thighs and fat belly. Still, if I am on my back, it all looks good. :D

I have a ton more energy and a lot of stamina. I'm single, so this creates a problem because I haven't been able to find a man in my age range with the stamina I need.

Working out and being active translates to improvements in all aspects of your life.

Well my hubby requests to watch me get dressed, and has asked me if we could have sex everyday the week before my surgery. He says he thinks I'm really beautiful the way I am and feels that he will miss me so he's trying to savor every moment that I'm still (what he calls) thick as hell!

I was 120lbs when we married. I'm a very pear shaped 245lbs now. Just started my 2 week pre op liquids today.

Sex will likely be the same. Just a little more sporty. I'm a scorpio so my sex game has always been on point. My weight made me even more sensuous and uninhibited. I may convince him to attend some swinger parties... he's not as adventurous as I. But you never know.

When a man loses a lot of weight his manly bits get bigger. For me, 1 inch easily. All that fat seems to hide the manly bits. I am loving my new look. My wife thinks she is having an affair with another man. I am definitely a lot more horny now. So it's a win for both of us.

My last post in here was pre op. I'm down 78 pounds and I've gained 2.5 inches of USABLE manhood! The wife and I both agree that there is more girth as well. My sweetie is trying to wear it into a nub but it definitely isn't working. We are in bed by 9pm nightly but it isn't to sleep.

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.
Just for fun last week, I ran two 5Ks in two days, something I would have never done in the past! Next goal is a 10K before the end of this month.

Hi everyone, I wrote back in May about having no strength. I still get totally exhausted just walking from room to room, it’s so bad I’m using a walker with wheels of all things. I had the gastric sleeve Jan. 24th. I’m doing exactly what the programs says, except protein shakes. I have different meats and protein bars daily, including vitamins daily. I do drink my fluids as well.  I go in for IV hydration 4 days a week and feel ok just til evening.  So far as of Jan 1st I’ve dropped 76 lbs. I just want to enjoy the weight lose. Any suggestions or has anyone else gone thru this??  Doctor says just increase calorie intake, still the same.

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️
