My brain can't even proceas paying $90 for a pair of jeans or $60 for a bra

I went to Lane Bryant on Saturday. I bought a pair of pants and 4 tops for $116. Only 1 top was clearance. I don't think I'd find anything as nice for that amount. Regular priced was 40% off and another 15% off everything if you work in a medical profession.

When you have a G cup, you don't really get a lot of choices in cheap bras.

What a $60 bra from Soma can do your silhouette, is worth a million bucks.

When I get my band size down to a 36, the first thing I am buying is a bra from Agent Provocateur.

The Danskin workout clothes at Walmart (not the sports bras but the other stuff) are just as good as some of the workout clothes I have spent 10X as much on. There are lots of things I won't buy there, but I'd rather spend $12 on compression leggings than $85. Something that close to your body with all the heat is going to break down at the same rate.

Plus, most of this stuff is all made in the same factories with the same materials, the only difference is the labels and the marketing.

I've been wearing Danskins for decades. When I saw Walmart carrying the line I could only wonder if it was as good a quality. You know what? It is very close. Because of that, Walmart routinely gets my money for their leggings and tops. "Regular" sized or "plus" sized- I've bought them all. They hold up for years. For $12 a pair of Capri workout pants to last that long- unheard of but true. They will continue to get my money until I can nicely fit back into Lulu Lemons- and beyond.

I have been a Lane Bryant buyer for several years now. I earn reward points every quarter and they send me a check for it. It can of course only be used at Lane Bryant. I will usually luck out and get one right when they are having a 40% off everything in the store, or in combination with a $25 off of $50, $50 off $100, or $75 off $150. If you know how to work it, you are really paying no more for quality clothes then you would at a discount department store.

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.
Just for fun last week, I ran two 5Ks in two days, something I would have never done in the past! Next goal is a 10K before the end of this month.

Hi everyone, I wrote back in May about having no strength. I still get totally exhausted just walking from room to room, it’s so bad I’m using a walker with wheels of all things. I had the gastric sleeve Jan. 24th. I’m doing exactly what the programs says, except protein shakes. I have different meats and protein bars daily, including vitamins daily. I do drink my fluids as well.  I go in for IV hydration 4 days a week and feel ok just til evening.  So far as of Jan 1st I’ve dropped 76 lbs. I just want to enjoy the weight lose. Any suggestions or has anyone else gone thru this??  Doctor says just increase calorie intake, still the same.

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️
