11 days post op and all of a sudden I'm so sick

I was doing better as far as food intake but all of a sudden I can't eat anything without feeling nausea or severe reflux!!!! I pretty much can only tolerate Water and in very slow , small amounts. I keep feeling like I'm going to vomit but I don't vomit easily do I have to make myself and I tried that with no luck !!
