  18. Hello! I was sleeved on April 13! I'm trying to get a group of Boston people together to hang out , talk, swap stories, progress, recipes, etc. I've found since I had my surgery that a lot of my friends have become distant and stopped including me in stuff because they think I can't eat or drink. This app is great and all, but I figured a group meeting together sort of like our own support group, would be great! We could plan outings and stuff like that?! If anyone is interested, let me know!! Thanks .... Dawn Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
  19. @@darima77 I have my Protein shake in the am and I add chia seeds and natural Peanut Butter to it. It comes out to 350 calories . Then I eat a Greek yogurt, then a string cheese, some cottage cheese , for dinner usually like half of a turkey burger . After the gym I drink a light muscle milk! It adds up quickly. Lately I've been getting around 1000 calories, because of my activity level and the weight is coming off a lot easier. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
  20. Great news everyone!! I'm now 6 weeks out and down 30!! Steady losing about 3 pounds per week. Sometimes more!! It's so true , the stall is real!!! Once you're over it, the weight starts falling off. I actually started getting more Protein and eating more calories because I'm so active, and IT WORKED! I was also not having regular bowel movements so I started taking the stool softeners they send me home from the hospital with and now everything seems to be moving great! Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App Trust me, the stall passes! I'm losing like crazy now Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
