Im scared my op is after tomorrow

Im very scared for some reason. I havent been the same lately im not eating like i want before the op. Im worried for the op ! Lool i sound like im 2 sorry

Well you are going in for a fairly significant surgery, so It is only normal to be a bit nervous. Try to stay focused on the positive reasons you are doing this for. Over all better health, and probably adding years to your life.

I was also stressed as hell, I barely slept 4 hours the night before the surgery! I even shed a manly tear during the car ride to the hospital. But don't worry, the surgery is actually very fast (it lasted 45 minutes for me), and except for the two first annoying and tiredsome weeks, I recovered really quickly and now I am really happy about my weightloss and I see many positive changes in my life!

It's going to change many aspect of your life, and going out of what you have known for years is scary, but you will be fine! Cheers
