So, it’s a good time to set your goals for this spring so that you can head into summer knowing you look and feel as good as possible.

So, what’s your goal for the next couple of months? Are you hoping to lose a certain amount of weight? Schedule your surgery? Complete a challenging hike with your family while on summer vacation? How will you stay motivated over the next little bit? Share here!

My goal is to lose the last 32 pounds. Slow going now!

I've got a few half marathons for the fall, so I will continue to train for those.

I have a 48 mile bike race in April, and a 75 mile race in June coming up as well!

I am shooting for being at a normal weight BMI - 163 - by start of summer June 21st(?).

That's about 6 lbs a month {{[[sigh]]}}

By the first day of summer my goals are to:

1. RUN two 5ks (I already am scheduled, but as of this moment I still can't run long enough to run the full 5k.)

2. Start training for my super sprint Triathlon that will be in August.

3. Get into Onederland! I have just over 19 lbs. to go.

10-year college reunion in early June...that will be around the 10 month mark, so hopefully beginning to bottom out right there (this is important because I was at my biggest ever at 5-year reunion). Hoping for a 10K somewhere in May or June. Since I am currently in a stall that has lasted over 6 weeks, I am hoping to kickstart the loss with shakes and salads, as I have eaten to comfort somewhat over the wintertime.

Sleevy Wonder - we had surgery around the same time! I also had a stall that lasted about 6-8 weeks with losing/gaining the same pound over and over....the scale FINALLY moved down this week and I dropped 4lbs. Stick with it my friend! :)

My goals are to lose another 40 pounds between now and surgery on 6/23/16 and kick the fast food habit for good. Those goals kind of go hand in hand. :)

My goal is to keep pushing myself to get in better shape, right now through hiking. I joined a couple local hiking groups and completed my first hike Sunday. My Fitbit says I hiked 13 miles, climbed 233 floors and burned 2880 calories. I'd like to be able to do that without being so super sore for two days after!

my daughter graduates high school in May. I'll need a new outfit and it will not be in the plus size department. Super excited.

other than that to keep on keeping on. my sleeve is new and I am learning how to manage this new chance at life. We go hiking this weekend and I am looking forward to making it to the bottom of Burgess Falls once again. it's been a couple of years.

      Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️

      I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
      I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.
