I have lost 70 pounds so far and have noticed more useable length. I read that for every 30-50 pounds lost, you will gain a visible inch. After losing 70 pounds, I would say that is true. Most overweight men get a condition called buried penis. If I take the fat pad above my penis and pull it back, I can notice some more length. Not only does the fat cover it, but it also pulls it back inside of you. There are surgical procedures to fix it. I'm going to weight till I lose weight and have skin surgery before I determine if that is necessary.

Don't have before or after pics. I feel the pic of the cock posted earlier was good enough.

Here's a reality check, when you lose weight from the sleeve, you will move better, attract more women and have more opportunity to answer your own question... You can skip reporting back at least for me lol

As the weight comes off, a new condition occurs also called buried penis... but it causes no suffering.

I would be sarcastic and say (*eats popcorn) to show you all how entertained i am by the hilarious responses of this thread. But I'm 1 week post op and my sleeve just won't allow it :)

If yours goes in the same way as my surgery did, I was ready to "go" by week 4 post surgery. And I noticed a true difference in performance/stamina/and size by week 12/14 post surgery. But everyone is different, so results will vary from person to person.

So here’s one downside to extra inches and girth and functionality: Blue balls is back, and hoo boy, it’s worse than it was when I was a teenager.

Hey guys, I'm Bob 24 years old from Brunswick, GA, I'm 6' tall and weigh around 536lbs. I am in the process of getting the Gastric Sleeve and have so many questions that are hard to ask a doctor. I have asked questions until my face is blue! So my question for the guys is this... tell me about your man parts lol...

how did your penis size change after seeing results from your weight loss surgery? Did it get bigger? I have a decent size to begin with but the fat mound around the base is big... help me out! give me some motivation... share pics with me if you want (Not gay just would love to see the difference!)! I try to Google full body nude pics of men after significant weight loss and no luck....Just want to see my future!

Hope to ignite some response!!

-Bob

It was like going from a Prius to a suburban 😂

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.
Just for fun last week, I ran two 5Ks in two days, something I would have never done in the past! Next goal is a 10K before the end of this month.

Hi everyone, I wrote back in May about having no strength. I still get totally exhausted just walking from room to room, it’s so bad I’m using a walker with wheels of all things. I had the gastric sleeve Jan. 24th. I’m doing exactly what the programs says, except protein shakes. I have different meats and protein bars daily, including vitamins daily. I do drink my fluids as well.  I go in for IV hydration 4 days a week and feel ok just til evening.  So far as of Jan 1st I’ve dropped 76 lbs. I just want to enjoy the weight lose. Any suggestions or has anyone else gone thru this??  Doctor says just increase calorie intake, still the same.

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️
