Syntrax users, anybody try the Lemon Tea flavor?

Recommended Posts

I'm a big fan of Syntrax Fuzzy Navel flavor.

I've tried other flavors, strawberry Kiwi tastes ok but doesn't mix as clear as FN. Grape was awful and I returned it. Yesterday I bought the Lemon Tea flavor, it mixes well but I can't figure out if I like the taste or not. Has anybody tried it and gotten used to it or liked it? I'm not sure if I'm having an issue with the look of it and maybe that's what throwing me off!? It looks like pond Water. post-259662-14565033238932_thumb.jpg

I liked the flavor OK, but only if I closed my eyes. I couldn't get over the color.

My latest discovery is to use the unflavored nectar, mix one scoop with half a crystal light packet, and about 10 oz. ice and Water. I'm now able to get all my Protein & Water in everyday! I started using a SmartShake shaker and love it. Everything mixes up so much better.

I thought the lemon tea was awful.

caribbean cooler is still the best one. I plan on sipping it all summer and pretending I am on a beach.

I mix it in a sports bottle that you can't see through. Much better when you can't see it.

So I'm not the only one who thinks the look of it makes the taste worse.

I will try the caribbean cooler next and also the unflavored mix.

Thanks friends

Two months out from hiatal hernia repair.  Surgeon said to expect a lot more flatulence...something about the 'air' no longer being able to 'burp' out so comes out the other end.  That is my experience but have no understanding of why that swallowed air cannot be 'burped'. ???

As I understand it since your stomach is smaller and not completely resting against your diaphragm anymore you no longer have the ability to "push" burps out as well. Plus, since its smaller and we don't digest slower the trapped air moves a lot quicker out of the stomach so its no longer available to burp out. Hence the other option for removal.

Me too girl!! Are you in the full liquid diet right now? It’s sooooo hard!

      2. LadyVeteran1

Not yet. I was told I only have to do 24 hours of a liquid diet. But I have my pre-op tomorrow so I’m going to confirm if I need to do longer.

Down 33 lbs and slightly stalled, but I'm gonna reevaluate and push through. I started back to work last week after 2 years of being disabled due to mental health as well as my weight. It's a great job and I'm just so happy to have this opportunity at a second chance at life. Hope everyone is having their best journey ❤️ Together, we got this!
