UPDATE: We've updated the BariatricPal iOS and Android Apps!

Recommended Posts

I do like it. I'm on iOS. Seems more stable, though I have noticed some incremental improvements in the old version. One question, when you are on the timeline, why when you want to go the post you are seeing, you go to post #1?

You're saying it should go to the 1st unread post, correct?

It seems strange that if you touch on the name of the thread you go to the post you see in the time line, but if you touch where the post is you go to post #1, or is it sending me to the first unread?

"or is it sending me to the first unread?"

I believe this is exactly what it's doing.

Love it!! Looks very professional and is functioning well. I kept waiting for the ad pop-up to come, but it never did! I didn't mind the ad though, you gotta make money some way right?

I too would like to be able to see signatures and more detailed profile info, but I imagine seeing the signatures would be a bit more complex because of the tickers.

Either way, two thumbs up!????????

I don't see a way to unsubscribe from a thread? That was a convenient function earlier. Also, it used to zoom in...for us old eyes, lol. Is that gone? I couldn't get it to do it.

But it is a nicely polished interface :-)

Are you positive you've updated to our latest version? I'd restart your phone, update all apps and see if that resolves your issue.

How do you subscribe and unsubscribe to a thread? iPhone. Also is there a quick way to update your weight?

I still wish I could update my profile information, but the update is good

We're going to add this as a link in the app sidebar in a few days, thanks!

Asking again since I think what I did isn't working. How do you do this? @@Alex Brecher

@@JustWatchMe Hi there! You can sub/unsubscribe to a topic by using the star that's next to the topic/view count. It will appear as yellow when you're following the topic, and white when you're not. (see attached)

Hopefully that helps!

Thanks!

Hi! I'm on iOS and I can't get push notifications to clear.

Other than that, I'm liking the changes

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.
Just for fun last week, I ran two 5Ks in two days, something I would have never done in the past! Next goal is a 10K before the end of this month.

Hi everyone, I wrote back in May about having no strength. I still get totally exhausted just walking from room to room, it’s so bad I’m using a walker with wheels of all things. I had the gastric sleeve Jan. 24th. I’m doing exactly what the programs says, except protein shakes. I have different meats and protein bars daily, including vitamins daily. I do drink my fluids as well.  I go in for IV hydration 4 days a week and feel ok just til evening.  So far as of Jan 1st I’ve dropped 76 lbs. I just want to enjoy the weight lose. Any suggestions or has anyone else gone thru this??  Doctor says just increase calorie intake, still the same.

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️
