So my doctor gave me some recipes: vanilla Protein powder with decaf=vanilla Latte..well not really but a girl can dream. So in making my "Fa Latte" this morning I brewed my coffee in my Keurig, after temping the coffee it was a precise 140*. So now I can "brew" Water in my Keurig to make the chicken Soup. That sure beats starting the microwave, stopping, temping and restarting to get the right temp. If anyone has a Keurig this will make life a little easier..

. All great uses with Unjury the liquid temp can't be hotter than 140* or the texture changes and it doesn't mix well. So I was really excited that the temp was just right
