I used to eat 2 maybe 3 pieces of pieces and now I can maybe finish one and I am a year out. Also it's thin crust pizza.< /p>

Two years sleeved. From a medium sausage, onion and green pepper pizza from Little Ceasar's cut in eight pieces......I could eat four pre-op and 1.5 post op.

3 slices easily. Now I can barely finish 1 but I rarely have it. All that bread sin't worth it for me. I saw a recipe for a pizza crust using cauliflower I may try but, honestly I don't really crave pizza now.

Pre-op, I ate 3-4 slices (honestly, usually 4 slices) of thin crust pizza.

Now at 16 months post-op I can eat 2 slices of thin crust pizza. Believe me, I could not eat more than two slices now!

When I first started eating pizza (still during weight loss phases) I ate: (a) topping of one slice only, then (B) one slice) and eventually around 1 year post-op © two slices.

Pre-VSG, 3-4 slices. Now, I really haven't had any, except I have pulled the toppings off, and just didn't eat any crust. But if I did, I'd only get thin crust anyway.

Pre op I could get four slices of thick or hand tossed pizza.

Post op I didn't try pizza until I was at my maintenance weight (except for a few times just eating the toppings). Now I can eat one to two slices of thin crust only. One if its has lots of meats and veggies, two if it just has cheese.< /p>

Before surgery at least a 1/2 thin crust pizza. Could probably eat a whole smallish frozen one like California Kitchen.

Postop about 1/4 of the pizza toppings only. I might have a bite or two of crust but mostly just scrape the toppings off and eat those. My dogs love pizza crust!

kind of embarassed to say but pre op my husband and I would have no problem eating a whole large pizza between the two of us. 4 slices I could easily do. Now I am am 4 and a half ish months post op and can eat maybe half a slice if the crust is thin

No lie, pre-op, I could eat an entire pizza (and frequently did). When I didn't do that, I'd order 2-3 meals at a time from restaurants or fast food joints and eat it ALL.

Six months out, I can now comfortably eat 90% of one pizza slice. How times have changed!

I could also eat an entire pizza by myself and then some(either appetizers or desserts). It's embarrassing to think about how much I over ate. I'm only 5 days post-op, but can already tell you that will not happen ever again. I am using this tool to the fullest and not allowing myself back into such an unhealthy way of life!

Yeah, I too could kill a pie... A stuffed one at that. I'm on my liquid only 2 days before my surgery diet. I hope to never again be beyond the 1 slice threshold and I don't even want to think of pizza till this time next year.

I share the sentiments of many of you. To think... There was a time I could down a pie while chugging half a gallon of of diet iced tea.

This was long over due.

I typically ate one entire gluten free thin crust (medium) pizza each time I ordered. I'm just two weeks out and I don't know how much I will be able to (or even want to) eat once I'm on solid foods.

Hi, I’m new here. I’m currently on the liver shrinking diet. So far so good, but I have to say I haven’t found a protein shake I like. Anyone have any suggestions please? My surgery date is September 17th.

Fairlife Core are by far the best. They taste just as they are - chocolate milk. You can either get the 26 grams or the 42 grams (harder to find and more expensive). For straight protein look at Bulksuppliments.com ..they have really good whey proteins and offer auto ship plus they test for purity. No taste or smell...

      2. BlondePatriotInCDA

Fairlife has strawberry, vanilla and of course chocolate. No more calories than other protein drinks. Stay away from Premiere, they're dealing with lawsuits due to not being honest about protein content.
