I actually had a lower body lift (which includes TT), breast augmentation and a spiral thigh lift.

My highest weight was over 250, and after having 4 kids my skin's elasticity couldn't keep up. After my sleeve surgery, it took me over a year to hit 140 pounds. I was really big into cardio that first year, but slowly transitioned to heavy weight lifting 5-6 days a week. Even though I was like a size 6/8 by the time I reached goal, my skin hung horribly. My belly button looked like a melted face; my breasts looked like a feeding canine mother's hanging milk outlets; and the muscle mass in my upper thighs wasn't seen for its full potential because of the excess skin there. So, I had the previously mentioned plastics on June 9, 2015. The doctor removed about 2.5 pounds of skin, although the implants countered that "lost" weight. I'm now a size 4/6 or 27 waist. It was tough recovery, but COMPLETELY WORTH IT!!!

I don't have before pics because I refused to take them, but I'll post a pic of the great results of my tummy, 5 months out.

Looking great!! Beautiful tummy!

We have similar stats, and similar issues post weight loss (tummy, inner thighs). Although I can overlook my thighs, I do plan on having my tummy done sometime next year. Hoping my results turn out as great as yours!

I hope you have awesome results @@Babbs! My surgeon specialized in post-massive weight-loss plastic surgery. Dr. Peter Fisher's (from San Antonio) prices were really reasoable (I paid $21k for body lift, Tummy Tuck, augmentation, spiral lift, and leg Lipo, plus flaps in my hips and buttocks--very competitive with Mexico prices). Good luck to you!

Looks fabulous, especially after only 5 months....amazing. You must be so happy! I can't wait to have mine done in Feb. I'm just having a TT; I had a breast reduction done 2.5 years ago and have been thrilled with those results. I have nice 'B' cups, didn't want implants. My TT is 4500 Euro (almost par with the dollar at this point). My hips are fine, my upper legs horrible but probably won't do anything about it. But Jan of 2017 I would like to have my upper arms done, then hopefully I will be done...but you never know...I'm 62 so will probably have to have a face lift! It's like remodeling a house...you're never really done!

 Oh my gosh, I laughed so hard with this comment! It is so true! I told my husband that I will probably get a face lift when I update my implants in 10 years. Best of luck to you, @@Queen of Crop!

It's so true! You can completely remodel one room and it looks fabulous, but then you go, OH, well that other room looks worse now! Or one time, we had a little flood in our bathroom, the insurance said they would pay for a new floor; and I thought, well, as long as we're going to get a new floor, might as well replace that old vanity, but then the tub looked so outdated, so might as well get a new one, but then I thought, wouldn't it be great if we just knocked the wall out and put in a new window and extend the bathroom so it's much larger? So our 'free' floor cost us about $15,000! But I loved it when it was done...we used to call that 'feature creep!' But now we're remodeling US!!!!!

Woohoo, nice stomach! I completely agree with you..the TT is a fabulous surgery to have. I check out my new stomach probably everyday in the mirror and it's been over 14 months since my surgery.

Your stomach looks incredible. I can't even see any scars from your weight loss surgery. Did they manage to remove your surgical scars from the weight loss surgery as well or did I just miss them in the pic?

Thank you, @@VSG for ALC! My lower scar--which was the larger one--was removed with TT, and the others are so small and light that they are not even visible unless you are literally looking really up-close-and-personal!

@@AvaFern,

How long did you deal with swelling? I especially swell up after workouts and I have not targeted specific core exercises (even though they get hit up with other exercises) due to the swelling. My doctor told me to wait 3 months to target core, but I am waiting for month 6. Did you experience swelling up to your first year? Or did it end sooner than that?

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.
Just for fun last week, I ran two 5Ks in two days, something I would have never done in the past! Next goal is a 10K before the end of this month.

Hi everyone, I wrote back in May about having no strength. I still get totally exhausted just walking from room to room, it’s so bad I’m using a walker with wheels of all things. I had the gastric sleeve Jan. 24th. I’m doing exactly what the programs says, except protein shakes. I have different meats and protein bars daily, including vitamins daily. I do drink my fluids as well.  I go in for IV hydration 4 days a week and feel ok just til evening.  So far as of Jan 1st I’ve dropped 76 lbs. I just want to enjoy the weight lose. Any suggestions or has anyone else gone thru this??  Doctor says just increase calorie intake, still the same.

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️
